Last Training Hike!

We just completed our last training hike on Sunday, April 13th. 14 miles!
And, now it’s time to recover. One thing we have learned when doing long, endurance type events, you train hard for the event, but you also take the last 2 or 3 weeks of your training time to just recover. So, massages, Netflix and protein smoothies for the next two weeks!
Sounds like an amazing adventure. It will be fun to follow along Russ and Angela.
